Thales Partners on ATR Legacy Programs
Product Support Responsibilities
Dear Customer,
The purpose of the Customer Information Letter (CIL) is to provide Customers with a quick-reference
Product Support guide on ATR Legacy Programs.
On ATR Legacy programs, Thales has teamed with selected manufacturers to supply Avionics Equipment
to our Customers for these technologically innovative Aircraft.
In order to simplify your contacts within the various teaming arrangements, and in line with our
continuous efforts to better support the operation of your Aircraft, Thales publishes a quick-reference
Product Support guide that will help you when dealing with our partners on the following programs:
- ATR42-300 / ATR42-400 / ATR42-500
- ATR72-200 / ATR72-210 / ATR72-500
