I banchi per trafilare a mano sono realizzati in una robusta struttura in acciaio con riduttore
incorporato, senza necessità di manutenzione o lubrificazione.
Il sistema di trasmissione a catena particolarmente morbido e scorrevole permette di effettuare
ogni tipo di trafilatura fino ad un diametro massimo di mm. 12.
I banchi vengono prodotti in due diverse lunghezze, entrambe corredate di vaschetta per il recupero
degli sfridi di lavorazione e con le gambe smontabili per l’ottimizzazione dell’ingombro nella spedizione.
Tutti i banchi vengono forniti completi di gancio e tenaglia.
Accessori a richiesta: pinza forgiata, tenaglia automatica, supporto portatrafile, protezione plexiglas
anti-infortunistica.

Features
Hand wire drawing benches are made with strong iron structure with built-in reduction system without necessity of
maintenance or lubrification.
Particularly soft and fluent motion chain gearing allows to make all kind of drawings until a maximum diameter of 12
mm.
Drawing benches are produced in two different lenght, both equipped with working swarf recover tank and disassembled
legs to have optimum encumbrance in expedition.
All benches are furnished with handle and hook.
Accessories on request: forged tong, automatic drawtong, drawplates support, plexiglas safety protection.

Les bancs à trèfiler a la main sont realisès dans une structure en acier avec réducteur incorporé, sans besoin
d’entretien et de lubrification.
Le système de trasmission très glissante permet de fair tous les types de tréfilage avec un diamètre maximum de
12 mm.
Les bancs à tréfiler sont produit en deux differents longeur, tous les deux avec cuve pour le récuperation des grattures et
pieds démontables pour réduire le volume d’encombrement dans la livraison.
Tous les bancs sont complets de poingnée et crochet.
Accessoires sur démande: pince forgée, tenaille automatique, support porte-filieres, protection en plexiglas contre les
accidents.

Los bancos de estirar a mano están realizados en una robusta estructura de acero con reductor incorporado, sin
necesidad de mantenimiento o lubricación.
El sistema de transmisión a cadena particularmente suave y corredizo permite efectuar cualquier tipo de reducción
hasta un diámetro máximo reducible de mm. 12.
Los bancos vienen producidos en dos diversos longitudes, ambos con recipiente para la recuperación de los
desperdicios de elaboración y con las patas desmontables para la optimización de las dimensiones en la expedición.
Todos los bancos vienen entregados con gancho y tenaza.
Accesorios a pedido: pinza forjada, tenaza automática, soporte portareductores, protección plexiglás anti-infortunio.

Die Handziehbanke sind realisiert in einem starken Stahlgefüge. Sie haben ein Untersetzungsgetriebe und sie
brauchen keine Unterhaltung oder Schmierung.
Das Kettenantriebsystem ist eingehend fließend und erlaubt Ziehen bis 12 zm maximale Durchmesser zu
verwirklichen.
Die banke werden in zwei verschiedenen Langen erzeugt. Beide Ausführungen haben zwei Tanke für die
Wiedererlangung der Verarbeitungsabfälle und die Beine sind abnehmbar, um die Ausdehnung während der versendung
hauptsachlich zu vermindern.
Alle Banke sind versorgt mit Haken und Griff.
Wunschzubehöre: geschmiedete Zange, Selbstumfassung, Gestell fur die Zieheisen.
