CHANGEMENT DE MAIN
Avec système anti-carte et pêne demi tour
1.
Retirez les 5 vis de la couverture latérale de la
mortaise.
2. Retirez le bras d’assemblage “ locking piece
assembly” et la lève “lever stop cylinder
assembly”.
3. Retirez le pêne demi tour “latch”, assurez vous que
la rondelle “Latch washer” est bien en sa position
originale, dans le cas contraire le pêne demi tour ne
fonctionnera pas correctement.
4. Retirez l’anti-carte “auxiliary latch”, retournez-le, et
remettez-le en place. Assurez vous d’avoir mis l’anticarte dans la même orientation que le pêne demi tour
“ latch.”
5. Placez et revissez de nouveau la couverture de la
mortaise.
Note: Les gâches NE sont PAS réversibles!!!!!!

Retirez les 5 vis de la couverture latérale de la mortaise.
Retirez la lève d’assemblage “Cylinder lever assembly” (A5016) et le bras d’assemblage “locking
piece assembly” (A5017).
3. Retirez le pêne demi tour “ latch”,
retournez-le et remettez-le en place.
Assurez vous que la rondelle “Latch
washer” est bien en sa position originale,
dans le cas contraire le pêne demi tour ne
fonctionnera pas correctement.
4. Retirez l’anti-carte “auxiliary latch”,
retournez-le et remettez-le en place.
Assurez vous d’avoir mis l’anti-carte dans
la même orientation que le pêne demi tour
“ latch.”
Placez et revissez de nouveau la
couverture de la mortaise.
Note: Les gâches NE sont PAS réversibles!!!!!!

Remove the 5 screws securing the lock body cover.
Remove locking piece assembly and lever stop cylinder assembly.
Remove the latch, turn in over, and re-insert it. Make sure the latch washer is in the position indicated,
or the latch will not function properly.
4. Remove auxiliary latch, turn it over and re-insert it. Make sure the orientation of the auxiliary latch is
the same as the orientations of latch.
5. Replace and re-fasten the cover.
Note: Strikes are not reversible!!!
TO REVERSE HANDING
With Auxiliary Latch with Deadbolt.

the orientation of the auxiliary latch is the same as the orientation of the latch.
5. Replace all parts and re-fasten the cover.

Quite los 5 tornillos que sujetan la cubierta de la cerraduraQuite el balancín “ locking piece assembly” y la leva “lever stop cylinder assembly”.
Quite el picaporte “latch”, cerciórese que la arandela “Latch washer” está en la posición indicada, de lo
contrario el picaporte no funcionará correctamente.
4. Quite el antitarjeta “auxiliary latch”, dele la vuelta y reinsértelo. Cerciórese que el antitarjeta “auxiliary
latch” está en la misma orientación que el picaporte “ latch.”
5. Coloque y atornille de Nuevo la cubierta.
Nota. Los cerraderos no son reversibles !!!!!!

All locks come lubricated from the factory with a lithium based grease. We recommend, however, continued periodic lubrication
of internal moving parts with a commercial quality grease. This can add years to the life of the lockset by reducing excessive
wear. For more severe environments, lubrication should be applied more frequently.

LUBRIFICATION

Toutes les mortaises sont lubrifiées en usine avec une graisse au lithium. Par contre, nous recommandons la lubrification
périodique des pièces internes qui sont sous frottement continu avec une graisse commerciale de qualité. Cela prolongera de
quelques années la durée de vie de la mortaise en réduisant les frottements excessifs. En ambiances extrêmes, nous
recommandons une lubrification plus fréquente.

Todas las cerraduras vienen lubricadas de fábrica con una grasa basada en litio. Recomendamos sin embargo, la lubricación
periódica continuada de piezas móviles internas con una grasa comercial de calidad. Esto puede agregar años a la vida de la
cerradura reduciendo el excesivo desgaste. En ambientes muy severos, la lubricación se debe realizar con más frecuencia.
