Main study areas and research topics
Les activités du laboratoire se concentrent principalement sur:
la recherche fondamentale sur les matériaux solides, leurs surfaces et interfaces, sur des films minces, et sur
l’interaction rayonnement-matière (UV laser excimer, plasma RF) ;
l’étude de la structure électronique et vibrationnelle des fullerènes, des céramiques, des oxydes métalliques, des
semi-conducteurs,des polymères, monocouches auto-assemblées et des biomatériaux ;
l’analyse des propriétés de surface des matériaux (rayons X, électrons, ions, laser UV, plasma RF) : détermination
de la structure électronique et vibrationnelle des surfaces.
