* catering on the bivouacs, in Moscow and Beijing
* accommodation in Moscow, Beijing and on all the bivouacs of the
rally

* race and service road book
* internet connections and access to the intranet on the bivouacs
during the rally ,
* insurance organizer’ third party, medical and repatriation
* official cocktail at the end of the rally

FORMALITES D’ENVOI DE L’ACCREDITATION INDIVIDUELLE PRESSE
La dernière page doit être signée par le journaliste, précédée de la
mention manuscrite "lu et approuvé". Cette demande
d’accréditation doit être complétée directement depuis l’ordinateur
et renvoyée à : [email protected]
Pour que l'accréditation soit prise en compte, elle doit être
accompagnée des documents numériques suivants (en JPG, moins
de 1MO) :
•
Copie du passeport du journaliste
•
Copie de la carte de presse ;
Les dossiers incomplets et ou remplis à la main ne seront pas
traités. Cette demande d’accréditation doit être retournée à
l’organisation au plus tard le 20 juin 2016
The last page must be signed by the journalist. The signature must be
preceded by the handwritten phrase "read and approved". This
accreditation request must be completed from your computer and
returned to [email protected],
So that the present accreditation can be taken into account, it must be
sent with the following numeric files (in JPG, Under 1MO):

Copy of the Press Card ;
•
Copy of the passport,
Incomplete and or handwritten files will not be treated
This application must be sent to organization at last before June
20th.
