PRINCIPALI CARATTERISTICHE
• Riga ottica in cristallo di forte spessore particolarmente indicata per applicazioni
su Macchine a CNC. Passo del reticolo 20 µm, precisione ± 3 µm/m.
• Pattino di lettura a singolo illuminatore infrarosso, scorrimento su cuscinetti a sfere.
• Giunto elastico per auto compensazione disallineamenti e correzione dell’errore
di inversione avanzamento (backlash residuo < 0,1 µm).
• Portariga in alluminio anodizzato di notevole sezione, rigido e robusto.

• Connettore di collegamento protetto all’interno dello Slider.
Uscita del cavo di alimentazione orientabile, lunghezza max. m 80.
• Doppie protezioni lungo il lato di scorrimento dello Slider (quattro guarnizioni) in
materiale speciale antiusura per elevato ed ininterrotto numero di movimentazioni.
• Indici di riferimento a passo codificato oppure costante, in posizioni selezionabili.
• Notevole stabilità e qualità dei segnali anche in presenza di alte velocità,
accelerazioni e vibrazioni elevate. Elevata immunità ai disturbi elettromagnetici
e protezioni contro le inversioni di polarità delle alimentazioni e cortocircuiti
delle uscite.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
• Optical scale with high thick crystal, particularly suitable to be applied on
CNC machines. Grating pitch 20 µm. Accuracy ± 3 µm/m.
• Reading block with single infrared illuminator, sliding on ball bearings.
• Elastic coupling for self-compensation of misalignments and correction of the
backlash error (residual < 0,1 µm).
• Anodised aluminium Profile of sizeable section, rigid and strong.
Dimensions mm 40x24.
• Junction connector protected inside the slider. Swinging output of cable, max.
length 80 m.
• Double protections along the sliding side of the slider (four gaskets) in special
wear-less material, for high and continuous number of handlings.
• Reference indexes at coded distance or at constant step, in selectable positions.
• Excellent stability and quality of output signals even working at high speed,
acceleration and vibrations. High immunity to electromagnetic noises and
protections against power supply inversion and short-circuits on output ports.
STANDARD EIGENSCHAFTEN
• Optikleiste aus Kristall mit großer Dicke, besonders für Anwendungen mit
CNC-Maschinen geeignet. Netzweite 20 µm. Genauigkeit ± 3 µm/m.
• Lesegleitschuh mit einzelner Infrarotleuchte. Gleitbewegung auf Kugellagern.
• Elastische Verbindung zum automatischen Ausgleich von Abweichungen bei
der Ausrichtung und Korrektur des Vorschubumkehr-Fehlers (verbleibender
Backlash < 0,1 µm).
• Leistenhalter aus eloxiertem Aluminium mit großem Querschnitt, fest und robust.
Abmessungen 40x24 mm.
• Geschützter Anschlussverbinder im Inneren des Slider. Ausgang des
Stromversorgungskabels ausrichtbar, max. Länge 80 m.
• Doppelte Schutzvorrichtungen entlang der Gleitseite des Slider (vier Dichtungen)
aus verschleißfestem Spezial-Material für eine hohe und unterbrechungsfreie
Anzahl von Bewegungen.
• Bezugsindex mit codierter oder konstanter Skala, in vorbestimmten, wählbaren
Positionen.
• Deutliche Stabilität und Qualität der Signale auch bei Vorhandensein von hoher
Geschwindigkeit, Beschleunigung und Erschütterung. Hohe Unempfindlichkeit
gegenüber elektromagnetischen Störungen und Schutz vor
Polaritätsumkehrungen der Stromversorgung sowie Kurzschlüssen an den
Ausgängen.
CARACTERISTIQUES STANDARDS

• Joint élastique pour la compensation automatique des pertes d’alignement et
la correction de l’erreur d’inversion d’avancement (jeu résiduel < 0,1 µm).
• Profilé rigide de grande section en aluminium anodisé doté de robustesse.
Dimensions: 40x24 mm.
• Connecteur de raccordement gainé à l’intérieur du coulisseau. Sortie du cordon
d’alimentation orientable, longueur max. 80 m.
• Jeu de protecteurs double en matériel spécial anti-usure le long du côté de
glissement du coulisseau (quatre garnitures) pour parer au nombre élevé de
mouvements ininterrompus.
• Aiguilles indicatrices à pas codé ou bien constant, en positions sélectionnables.
• Remarquable stabilité et qualité des signaux, même en présence de pointes de
vitesse, d’accélérations et de vibrations intenses. Renforcement de l’immunité
aux perturbations électromagnétiques et protections contre les inversions de
polarité des circuits d’alimentation et les courts-circuits des sorties.
