L'Assemblée générale de la CICA s'est réunie le 3 novembre 2003 à 17h00 à l’hôtel HILTON Sandton,
Sandton
L'ordre du jour qui avait été soumis à tous les participants était le suivant:

En ouverture de la séance, M. Marc BUÉ passe la parole au Secrétaire général qui donne lecture de son
rapport d'activités et financier pour l'année 2002 contenant le bilan, le compte des ressources et dépenses
et le budget 2003.
Puis, M. Roberto RUOZI demande à M. Michel CRESP, membre de la Commission de contrôle de lire le
rapport de ladite Commission pour l'année 2002. Les contes ont été contrôlés par M. Pierluigi CORSI.
Ensuite, le Président, M. Marc BUÉ demande s'il y a des questions au sujet des rapports. Comme il n'y a
pas d'interventions, le rapport d'activités et financier de la CICA et le rapport de la Commission de contrôle
sont approuvés à l'unanimité par l'Assemblée générale.
Le Secrétaire général passe au point 2 de l’ordre du jour c'est-à-dire l’élection du Comité central et de la
Commission de contrôle pour les 4 prochaines années selon les statuts. Il informe les délégués que la
réunion du Comité central élira ensuite le nouveau président, les vice-présidents et le nouveau Secrétaire
général.
Puis, il propose de confirmer tous les membres du Comité central qui sont encore en fonction dans leurs
instituts associés à la CICA et d'accueillir au Comité central les nouveaux membres suivants:

Passant au point 3 de l'ordre du jour M. Roberto RUOZI présente le programme d’activités de la CICA pour
l’année 2004.

La réunion du Comité central au printemps 2004 sera organisée sur invitation de l’ Agricultural Bank
of Armenia à Erevan , du 20 au 23 mai 2004.
•
Le XXXIV Assemblée général qui était prévue pour Costa Rica prendra place au Royaume du Maroc
en automne 2004.
•
En outre, il informe qu’au cours de la dernière réunion du Groupe de travail des banques
coopératives, qui avait lieu à Paris le 6 juin, les membres ont décidé de continuer les activités de ce
groupe et que la prochaine réunion aura lieu à Bruxelles.
L’Assemblée générale accepte à l’unanimité ces propositions.
L’ordre du jour étant épuisé, la séance est levée à 17h30.

The General Assembly of CICA met at the Hotel HILTON Sandton, Sandton on November 3, 2003 at 05.00
p.m. under the chairmanship of Mr. Marc BUÉ, President of CICA.
The agenda of the meeting was as follows.

The President, Mr. Marc BUÉ, opens the session and gives the floor to Mr. Roberto RUOZI for item 1 on the
Agenda.
The Secretary General presents the Annual report 2002 and the budget 2003. Further, he reads the 2002
Activities and Financial Report. He asks then Mr. Michel CRESP, member of the Controlling Commission, to
read the report of the said Commission for the year 2002. The books had been controlled by Mr. Pierluigi
CORSI.
The General Assembly approves unanimously the budget and the reports.
The President, then, proceeds to point 2 of the agenda, the composition of the Central Committee and the
Auditing Commission and gives the floor to the Secretary General who informs the delegates that according
to the statutes the meeting of the Central Committee will elect the new President and the new General
Secretary.
Further he proposes to confirm all the active members of the Central Committee and to welcome the
following new members within the Central Committee:

Proceeding to point 3 of the agenda, Mr. Marc BUÉ gives the floor to Mr. Roberto RUOZI who presents the
activity program of CICA for the year 2004.
•
The meeting of the Central Committee in spring 2004 will be organized in Yerevan, Armenia from
May 20 to 23 upon invitation of the Agricultural Bank of Armenia, Paris.
•
The XXXIVth General Assembly which was planned to take place in Costa Rica will be organized in
Morocco in autumn 2004.
•
Then, the Secretary general informs the audience that according to the resolutions taken at the last
meeting of the Working group for Cooperative banks in Paris on June 6, 2003, the members have
decided to continue with the activities of this group and that the next meeting will take place in
Brussels, in June 2004
The General Assembly approves unanimously these propositions.
No more points remaining on the Agenda, the meeting is closed at 05.30 p.m.
