MISSION
The French Association of Primary Batteries and Portable Secondary Batteries
Manufacturers mission is to represent, promote, analyse and defend the interests of
its member firms. For this purpose the Association implements programs at
product and market level.
Copying with constantly evolving economic and environment policies, the
Association stands as a focal point and coordinating body supporting its members
and adjusting to their industrial requirements.

AFFILIATION
The French Association of Primary Batteries and Portable Secondary Batteries
Manufacturers is affiliated to the Federation of French Electrical, Electronic and
Communication Industries (FIEEC), and to the European Portable Battery
Association (EPBA).

Organization
a)
The Association Members convene in general meeting usually four times a
year. Extraordinary meeting are organized when necessary.
b)
Technical issues are debated within a Technical Committee.
c)
The Association contribute to the products standardization and is member of
the TC 35 of the IEC.

Membership
Any French firm or corporation engaged in the primary battery and the portable
secondary battery industry is eligible to become an Active or Associated Member of
the Association.
