The IKA RV 8 is the entry level model of the rotary evaporators. It is
versatile and can be used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and
biotechnology industry for R&D, production and quality assurance, in
laboratories as well as plant construction. Digital displays for speed and
heating bath temperature allow for optimal control of all distilling processes.
- Clearly visible glass display (black and white)
- Locking mechanism: green display for locked and red for unlocked state
of vapor tube
- Manual lift with safety “lift-out-function“ for precise positioning of
glassware
- Water/oil heating bath with integrated ergonomic carrying handles
- Lock function for the heating bath temperature
- Adjustable immersion angle
- Single-hand operation; ambidextrous design
- Speed range 5 - 300 rpm
- Additional safety by low voltage (24 V) inside the unit
- Easy exchange of evaporation flasks by clamp mechanism with push-out
function
- Compatible with the complete IKA RV 10 glassware range
