Mohamed V à Marrakech, à l'ouverture des plis relatif à l'appel d'offres de prix concernant :
Appel d'offres n°54/11 : Etude de construction d'une trémie au niveau du carrefour Bab Lakhmiss et
d'un pont sur Oued Issil, le cautionnement provisoire est fixé à Quarante Mille (40.000,00 DHS)
dirhams.
Appel d'offres n°55/11 : Assistance technique, suivi et contrôle des travaux de voirie Lots : Médina,
Nakhil et SYBA, le cautionnement provisoire est fixé à Dix Mille (10.000,00 DHS) dirhams.
Appel d'offres n°56/11 : Assistance technique, suivi et contrôle des travaux de voirie Lots : Guéliz
et Ménara, le cautionnement provisoire est fixé à Dix Mille (10.000,00 DHS) dirhams.
Appel d'offres n°57/11 : Travaux de voirie à l'arrondissement Guéliz et Nakhil, le cautionnement
provisoire est fixé à Soixante Mille (60.000,00 DHS) dirhams.
Appel d'offres n°58/11 : Travaux de voirie à l'arrondissement Ménara, le cautionnement provisoire
est fixé à Soixante Mille (60.000,00 DHS) dirhams.
Les dossiers d'appels d'offres peuvent être retirés de la Division des marchés de la Commune
Urbaine de Marrakech, Hôtel de ville, Boulevard Mohamed V Marrakech ils peuvent être également
téléchargés à partir du portail des marchés de l'Etat : WWW.marchéspublics.gov.ma.
Le contenu ainsi que la prestation des dossiers des concurrents doivent être conforme aux
dispositions des articles 23 et 28 du décret n° 2-06-388 du 16 Moharrem 1428 (05 Février 2007)
fixant les conditions et les formes de passation des marchés fixant les conditions et les formes de
passation des marchés de l'Etat ainsi que certaines dispositions relatives à leur contrôle et à leur
gestion.
Les concurrents peuvent :
•soit déposer contre récépissé leurs plis dans la Division des marchés.
•Soit les envoyer par courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception à la division précitée.
•Soit les remettre au Président de la commission d'appel d'offres au début de la séance avant
l'ouverture des plis.
Les pièces justificatives à fournir sont celles prévues par l'article 23 du décret l n° 2-06-388 du 16
Moharrem 1428 (05 Février 2007).

On May 24, 2011 at 10 am, there shall be in public at City Hall Boulevard
Mohamed V in Marrakech, at the opening of bids on the tender price for:
Tender No. 54/11: Study of construction of a hopper at the Bab Lakhmiss
crossroads and a bridge over Oued Issil, interim bail is set at Forty Thousand
(40,000.00 DHS) dirhams.
Tender No. 55/11: Technical assistance, monitoring and control of road works
Lots: Medina, and Nakhil SYBA, interim bail is set at Ten Thousand (10,000.00
DHS) dirhams.
Tender No. 56/11: Technical assistance, monitoring and control of road works
Lots: Guéliz and Menara interim bail is set at Ten Thousand (10,000.00 DHS)
dirhams.
Tender No. 57/11: Roadworks and the district Guéliz Nakhil, interim bail is set at
Sixty Thousand (60,000.00 DHS) dirhams.
Tender No. 58/11: Roadworks at the Menara district, the temporary bond is set at
Sixty Thousand (60,000.00 DHS) dirhams.

Commune Urbaine de Marrakech, City Hall, Avenue Mohamed V Marrakech they

The content and delivery records of competitors must be in accordance with
Articles 23 and 28 of Decree No. 2-06-388 of 16 Muharram 1428 (February 5,
2007) establishing the conditions and forms of procurement setting conditions
and procedures for the award of government contracts and certain provisions
relating to their control and management.
Competitors may:
• either deposit receipt against their folds in the Markets Division.
• Or send them by registered mail with return receipt to the division above.
• Or give them to the President of the tender commission at the beginning of the
session before the opening of bids.
