TILE Italian Government having decided to accede to the
Declaration between the British,
French, and Russian Governments, signed at London on the
5th September, 1914, which Declaration was acceded to by the
Japanese Government on the
19th October, 1915, the undersigned, duly authorised thereto
by their respective Governments,
hereby declare as follows -
