experience in Human Resources acquired from interactions within hi-tech and consultancy groups worldwide such as Xerox, Nixdorf Computer, Electronic Data Systems, and Accenture. His responsibilities enabled him not only to handle global organizations, but research groups as well: Head of HR for a vast geographical zone (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India), Head of HR for a Business Unit world (Communications, Advanced Technologies, Media & Entertainment). He was also in charge of the structural and strategical standpoints in Human Resources for the number one consultancy group. His centres of interest surround strategy, Human Resource organizations and their skills, specific information systems, international groups and their management, as well as, all processes and phenomena linked to acquisitions, mergers, out-sourcing, expansion, and group composition. He has a degree from the Ecole de Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord. In conclusion, he is an active member of the Human Resource community: professor of Human Resources Management (Master MRH/MBA MRH) at the University of Lille 1 and at the EDHEC Management School, as well as a member of the Global Panel for the first association for Human Resource professionals in the world, the Society for Human Resource Management.
