DESCRIPTION
TEKWELD is a synthetic resin in form of aqueous
dispersion, stable in alkaline environment, it is
used specially in order to be added to the
mixing water for concrete mortar, cement
mortars or plaster mortars.

- Improves the adhesion between the old and
new concrete.
- Improves waterproofing.
- Improves the tensile and flexion strength.
- Reduces cracking.
- Reduces shrinkage.
- Wear strength.
USE
- Used in the preparation of adhesive components
for concrete bonding.
- Filling of cracking.
- Coating of the casing.
- Repair and refilling of concrete substrates.

The fluidity of the mortars shall be set according to
the use, without forgetting that the use of water
shall be reduced in a maximum way.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The adhesive grouts, as mortars, shall be applied
on a clean and sound substrate. They must be
free from laitance, loose parts, traces of grease,
oil, rust….
In hot weather, humidify slightly the substrate.
ADHESIVE GROUT
Prepare the TEKWELD + WATER solution , then
under stirring add the cement until to obtain a
homogenous grout.
MICRO-CONCRETE FOR BONDING
After the mixture of the aggregates and the
cement , as specified in the given dosages , add
the TEKWELD + WATER solution until to obtain the
required consistency.

Shelf life : The product is stored in an unopened
packaging has a one year shelf-life.
Keep it in a temperature between 5°C and 35°C.
