I realize that, at times throughout my son/daughter’s sport seasons, it may
become more expedient for the team members to be transported to and/or from a
team competition by private vehicle other than by taxi or bus.
I give permission for my son/daughter to be transported throughout his/her sport
seasons for said purpose by a volunteer driver (e.g. student driver, coach,
parent) at times it is deemed appropriate by the coach/staff advisor.
I understand that each volunteer driver is required to complete the necessary
school form acknowledging, among other facts, third party liability insurance
coverage.
