Description
First time move-in after renovation:
For rent is a completely and newly furnished (in November 2015) 1-room
apartment in Nürnberg Steinbühl.
Apartment is tastefully furnished in IKEA style in the living and bedroom area,
which has a single bed (0.9 m wide) with shelfing, wardrobe with two doors,
table with wicker chair, bistro table with folding table, sideboard with flat screen
TV and a metal container.
A small kitchen is separate from the living room area and equipped with
everything for daily needs such as refrigerator, two hot plates, dishes and pots.
Bathroom has a shower with curtain, wash basin with mirror and toilet.
Linen, bedding and towels have to be provided by tenant.
Washing machine is located in the laundry room in the basement.
Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee based on cost and time will be charged.
Monthly rent includes utility cost prepayment of EUR 65.00. Extra costs are for
electricity based on consumption. Tenant has to sign up with service provider.
GEZ fees are tenant's responsibility.
Hint: Smoking is not permitted in the living space.
