In South of Beautiful Ardèche, 9 km (6 miles) from Aubenas (busy market town), newly opened holiday cottage: At the edge of a pine tree forest
(also oak trees), on a huge plot (22,000 sq. meters), this vacation home is totally independent. This is a large ancient stone building. No other
apartment or vacationer on site. Big balcony (60 sq. meters), independent fully equipped kitchen, 28 sq. meter living room, 2 large bedrooms
(double beds), 1 bedroom with single beds, playroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Picnic table near the woods. Bike possible in garage. Easy
to access. Hiking/biking off the cottage. Numerous touristic sites nearby. Services and shops 1 mile, several shopping centres 4 to 6 miles.

Getting to the gîte
Adresse: 1720 Route de Largentière, 07200 Lachapelle sous Aubenas. Sortir de l'autoroute A7 à Loriol (première sortie après Valence-sud)
puis direction Privas puis Aubenas. Alternative : sortir de l'A7 à Montélimar-nord ou Montelimar-sud puis direction Aubenas. Au niveau du
contournement d'Aubenas prendre direction Alès, rouler 7 km et emprunter la sortie Lachapelle sous Aubenas, Gorges de l'Ardèche . Traverser
Lachapelle sous Aubenas, direction Chassiers par D103. (Jonction à la sortie du village). Rouler 1100 mètres après le panneau de sortie de
Lachapelle sous Aubenas sur la D103. Sur votre droite, panneau Gites de France - Gîte de Baragne. Prendre le chemin (numéro 1720) qui
monte jusqu'à la maison 100 mètres.

Cleaning is the tenants’ responsibility during and at the end of their stay; the property must be left in a clean and proper condition. If this is not
the case a charge may be made for cleaning. Equally, tenants can insist on further cleaning on arrival if they consider that the property is not
sufficiently clean.
