Fondée en 2003 et filiale de GDF SUEZ depuis 2007, ERELIA s’est imposée
comme un acteur majeur de l’éolien.
Présente sur tous les métiers de l’éolien, ERELIA rassemble les meilleurs
experts et compétences pluridisciplinaires dans l’étude, le développement et
l’exploitation de parcs éoliens. Ses équipes proposent ainsi l’ensemble des
prestations nécessaires à la mise en place d’un parc éolien, en partenariat
avec les territoires.
Pour ERELIA, un projet éolien repose sur l’acceptabilité sociale du territoire.
Ainsi, pour accompagner ses projets, ERELIA propose une double démarche
de développement local et de développement durable à travers une Charte
citoyenne.
ERELIA s’engage formellement, à travers cette charte, à respecter l’environnement, à favoriser le développement local et la cohésion sociale sur chacun
des territoires où elle intervient en s’appuyant sur 6 principes:
Implication et concertation locales
Chaque projet doit être un symbole fort de coopération intercommunale et
interdépartementale au cœur de la région.
Communication transparente
ERELIA informe régulièrement toutes les parties prenantes sur les objectifs,
les caractéristiques et le déroulement des opérations pendant toutes les
phases du projet.
Participation financière locale
Les acteurs locaux doivent avoir la possibilité, dans le cadre d’une politique
d’actionnariat local, d’investir dans le parc éolien, afin de favoriser un partage
collectif des retombées générées par l’éolien.
Gestion foncière équitable
L’objectif est de garantir aux propriétaires et aux exploitants un partage équitable des indemnisations foncières dans le cadre d’un protocole signé par
chacun.
Exemplarité environnementale
L’implantation du parc éolien doit se faire dans le plus grand respect de l’environnement, en instaurant une démarche de management environnemental en
amont et une fois le parc implanté.
Technologie avancée
ERELIA s’engage à sélectionner des machines silencieuses et performantes
à la pointe de la technologie, dont la puissance permette d’optimiser la configuration du parc éolien.

100 MW de permis de construire pour l’année 2011 ont été déposés. ERELIA a
pour objectif d’installer 300 MW en France d’ici 2012.

Created in 2003 and subsidiary of GDF SUEZ since 2007, ERELIA has become a
major player in the wind energy.
Present on all the trades of wind industry, ERELIA gathers the best experts and
multi-field competences in the study, the development and the operation of
wind farms. Its teams propose the whole services needed for the installation
of a wind farm, in partnership with territories.
For ERELIA, a wind project is based on the social acceptability of the territory.
Thus, to support their projects, ERELIA is committed in a dual approach of
local development and sustainable development through a citizen charter.

Local financial participation
People locally involved in the project have the possibility, through a policy of shareholding, to invest in the wind farm in order to share benefits generated
by the wind activity.
Equitable land management
The objective is to guarantee to the owners and to the operators an equitable
share of the land compensations through a protocol signed by each one.
Exemplary environmental management
The location of the wind farm must be selected in the respect of the environment. Moreover, upstream and downstream activites must be managed in the
same way.
Advanced technology
ERELIA is committed to select quiet and powerful turbines at the top of the technology in order to optimize the configuration of the wind farm.
ERELIA owns 7 wind farms, representing 122 wind turbines, in all France:
