Argument du nouveau logo
Je commencerai par le choix des couleurs : l’idée est d’assembler les couleurs des
drapeaux nationaux des pays actuellement représentés au sein d’Ars et Fides
(Allemagne, Belgique, Espagne, France, Italie, Pays-Bas, Royaume-Uni). À chacune
et chacun de reconnaître ses couleurs nationales : elle y sont toutes !
Ensuite, le nom de notre fédération est inscrit dans le corps même d’une église.
L’entrée en est surmontée d’une croix, signe de la foi chrétienne, elle-même placée
dans un carré (le monde créé) et un demi-cercle (le monde divin) pour rappeler
l’Alliance nouvelle et éternelle.
Les esprits curieux et attentifs remarqueront peut-être que toute la partie supérieure
a les proportions d’un grand rectangle d’or (or et bleu) incluant un petit (bleu).
Allusion à l’harmonie du message chrétien exprimé dans les formes de l’art sacré.
Argument of the new logo
I will start with the colouring concept, namely to gather the colours of national flags of
the countries presently represented within Ars et Fides (Belgium, France, Germany,
Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom). Everybody is invited to recognize her or
his national colours: they are all there!
Then, the name of our federation is written in the main part of a church building. The
entrance of it is topped by a cross, sign of the Christian faith, itself located within a
square (created world) and a quarter of a circle (divine world) in order to recall the
new and everlasting Covenant.
The interested and attentive people will perhaps note that the whole upper part has
the proportions of a big golden rectangle (gold and blue) including a small one (blue).
Allusion to the harmony of the Christian message expressed in the forms of sacred
art.
Tema del nuovo logo
Incomincerei dalla scelta dei colori: l’idea è quella di mettere insieme i colori delle
bandiere nazionali dei paesi attualmente rappresentati in Ars et Fides (Germania,
Belgio, Spagna, Francia, Italia, Paesi Bassi, Regno Unito). A ciascuno riconoscere i
suoi colori nazionali: ci sono tutti!
Ancora il nome della nostra federazione è scritto dentro il corpo stesso di una chiesa.
L’entrata è sormontata da una croce, segno della fede cristiana, la croce stessa è
messa dentro un quadrato (il mondo creato) ed un quarto di cerchio (il mondo divino)
per ricordare l’ alleanza nuova ed eterna.
Gli spiriti curiosi ed attenti noteranno forse che tutta la parte superiore ha le
proporzioni di un grande rettangolo d’oro (oro e blu) che include un piccolo rettangolo
(blu). Allusione all’armonia del messaggio cristiano espresso nelle forme dell’arte
sacra.
