Coming from Manufacturing Industries, our Experts
are familiar to your everyday Quality Management
Tools (such as PDCA FTA, 8D, 5S, Flow Cartography,
Ishikawa, ..) as well as repositories (such as ISO9001,
ISO/TS 16949, FIEV, ASES, ..)
Selected for their knowledges, CPS Quality teams are
immediately operational, targeting a common aim :
achieving results. CPS QUALITY service, it’s also a real
time operational accompaniment.
To fulfill this specific order, our Customer OEM must set up in
a very short time, three additional shifts, duly trained to the
product inspection.
After a Customer needs’ analysis and our CPS QUALITY
Detailed Functional Specification validation, a CPS
QUALITY metallurgical Engineer and our Aeronautical
Inspectors Experts are dedicated. In the mean time, our
professionalization school experts created, validated and
displayed jointly with Customer specific training courses.
Decentralized training sessions according to a preestablished method is then performed allowing new
inspectors to benefit of a common language, debugged of
specific terminologies.
Thanks to this flexibility & reactivity, our OEM Customer was
able to fulfill this extra order in due time.

Manufacturers are well aware, which phase is most critical
than project phase ?
To launch a new project on a car manufacturer facility, our
Customer, a car OEM, required from us a whole Quality team
to ensure parts conformance in this critical phase.
Coming from manufacturing industries, dedicated CPS
Quality teams know car manufacturer expectations.
For this kick off, CPS Quality sets a Quality Firewall in
the OEM facility as well as a quality engineer, in charge of
Initial Samples and its file, and a Customer Representative
Engineer based in Car Manufacturer facility, to track, inspect
and validate incoming parts.
This unique global approach allowed our Customer a ‘just
in time’ securization, a managed firewall and a Customer
Interface.
In the meantime, our Professionalization School Experts
performs training courses and brings technical skills to
Customer staff.
