Iscotrans S.p.A. è stata fondata nel maggio
del 1976 e si è subito affermata nel mercato
delle spedizioni di tutti i materiali destinati ai
grandi cantieri situati nei paesi in via di
sviluppo, assumendo incarichi importanti che
hanno richiesto l’inoltro a destino via mare,
via aerea e via terra dei materiali gestendone
anche la logistica completa dalla fabbrica di
produzione al cantiere utilizzatore.
L’evoluzione del mercato è stata per Iscotrans
uno stimolo per adeguare i suoi servizi, la sua
professionalità interna ed esterna, alle nuove
richieste della sua clientela.
Oggi Iscotrans gestisce oltre al project cargo flusso trainante dell’attività - macchinari di
particolari dimensioni e peso in aggiunta a
chimici IMO e non, la cui gestione è soggetta

Immediately it established itself as a specialist
in shipping project cargo to large construction sites
in developing countries. Handling logistics from
factory to final user, it forwards by sea, air and
ground, and adapts its services, its internal and
external expertise, to the changing demands of
its customers.
Today Iscotrans handles in addition to project
cargo-the core business-IMO chemicals and
machinery of all sizes and weights.
Employees are trained to comply with strict
ADR/IMO regulations as well as regulations
established within the company. Diversification
has also meant Iscotrans has captured an important
share of shipments from emerging countries
exporting to the Italian market.
Iscotrans S.p.A. a été fondée en mai 1976 et s’est

pays en voie de développement, en prenant en charge
l’acheminement à destination par voie maritime,
aérienne et terrestre ainsi que la logistique du début
à la fin, depuis l’usine de fabrication jusqu’au

projets industriels - qui sont son activité principale des expéditions de produits chimiques dangereux et
non dangereux et de machines de dimensions et
poids atypiques. La gestion des produits chimiques
est soumise aux réglementations strictes ADR / IMO
associées aux procédures internes auxquelles les
employés, formés de manière adéquate, font
référence. La diversification mise en place a permis à
Iscotrans d’acquérir une partie importante du marché

proviennent d’importants flux d’importations pour le
marché italien.

Le modalità di trasporto previste da Iscotrans
rispondono ad ogni esigenza richiesta dalla
clientela utilizzando il trasporto in containers,
break bulk e rinfusa.
I prodotti vengono ritirati dallo stabilimento
del fornitore estero e giungono fino al porto
italiano dove, una volta espletate le formalità
doganali, vengono instradate alla consegna,
sempre sotto il controllo e l’assistenza del
personale Iscotrans.
Iscotrans’ import service meets any need registered
by the client, whether transporting containers, noncontainerized cargo or bulk.
Products are picked up from the foreign supplier’s
factory and brought to the Italian port where, after
completion of customs formalities, they are routed to
the final destination, always under the supervision
and assistance of Iscotrans personnel.
Importation
Le mode de transport prévu par Iscotrans répond à

WARNINGS
I. On this table are shown the conditions for the surrender
of goods in accordance with the 11 Rules of the Incoterms
2010. The “costs” always include the costs of transport,
unless otherwise specified. The EXW means the minimum
level and the DDP the maximum level of obligation for the
seller. Under EXW, the seller must only put the goods at the
disposition of the buyer in his own facilities or at another
upon place agreed. Under DDP, the seller must clear the
goods through customs, whether for export or for import
into the country of destination and must also provide for
its transport to the agreed upon place of destination, with
the consequent transfer of risks; that place may also be
situated at any point within the destination country. All this
applies to the DAP, except, of course, for import customs
clearance, which is borne by the importer. Also in the CPT
and CIP the “destination” (and in the CFR and the CIF,
“the port of destination”) may be found within the country
of destination; however, in these last four rules, the delivery
will be from “the start” delivering the goods to the carrier
(or the first carrier), and the seller bears the cost (but not
the risk) for the transport of goods to the destination.

II. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes from
seller to buyer upon delivery, if the buyer - or the carrier or
other person acting on his behalf - does not take delivery
of the goods at the agreed time and place or if the buyer
does not give the seller instructions needed in time for the
delivery; the risk on the goods from the date (or deadline)
scheduled for delivery and any additional burden borne by
the goods fall on the buyer, provided, however, that the
goods have been identified as goods of the contract.

III. The seller is required to insure the goods only in Rules
CIF and CIP, as prescribed in these rules; the seller and
buyer can, of course, agree on a broader coverage than
provided in the above two rules; they can also provide, on
their own , to insure the goods for their respective
attributable risk , whatever rule is applied.
IV. In the rules CPT - CIP - DAP - DDP - CFR - CIF,
unloading costs are borne by the buyer. The costs instead
put the burden on the seller if this condition has been
inserted into the transportation contract that the seller
commissioned at his own expense.
