Traditional wine making with direct pressing.
On nose, the Caladoc has a deep aroma of red fruits (
wild strawberries, red current) with hint of bubble gum.
Those fragrances are present on the palate which offer
a balanced, sweet and tasty mouth.
FOOD PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
The Caladoc Rosé goes perfectly with cooked fish and
also white meat.
SERVING TIPS: 10 to 12 °C.
