Avant l'installation
Before installation
• Prendre toutes les dispositions de sécurité nécessaires (hommes et matériel) et se conformer aux réglementations de sécurité en vigueur.
• Assurer l'immobilisation des machine mobiles.
• S'assurer que le générateur d'énergie (moteur) du
système hydraulique est à l'arrêt et que l'alimentation
électrique est déconnectée.
• Le cas échéant, délimiter le périmètre de sécurité.
• Ne pas intervenir sur un système hydraulique chaud ou
sous pression (décharger les accumulateurs).
• Be extremely careful to prevent personal injury and
to avoid damage to material. Comply with all safety
regulations.
• Prevent the machine from rolling.
• Be sure that the hydraulic system power source (engine) is stopped and that the battery is disconnected.
• If necessary, cordon off the safety area.
L'huile chaude ou sous pression peut provoquer des brûlures graves avec infection.

• Do not proceed to installation on a hot or pressurized
hydraulic system (accumulators must be purged).
Hot or pressurized hydraulic fluid may cause

Durant l'installation
During installation
• Certains composants sont très lourds. Les soutenir
au moyen d'un dispositif de levage de capacité adéquate pour les fixer sur le châssis.
• Durant les manutentions, protéger toutes les surfaces
sensibles contre les chocs (centrages, goujons, raccords, connecteurs, bouchons, etc...).
• S'assurer de la propreté des surfaces de centrage et
d'appui des composants sur le châssis (absence de
peinture).
• Ne jamais chauffer le fluide hydraulique qui peut
s'enflammer à haute température. Certains solvants
sont également inflammables. Ne pas fumer durant
l'intervention.
• Some hydraulic components are very heavy. Secure
them with a lifting device of adequate capacity when
installing on the machine frame.
• During handling, protect all interface surfaces from
shocks (piloting surfaces, studs, ports, connectors,
plugs, etc...)
• Ensure cleanliness of piloting and thrust surfaces of
components and devices on the chassis before reassembly (no paint).
• Never heat hydraulic fluid, as it may flame at high
temperature. Some solvents are also flammable.

Il est indispensable que le carter moteur soit en permanence rempli de fluide.
L'orifice 1 (drainage) doit être situé au niveau le plus
haut, en cas d'impossibilité la forme de la tuyauterie doit
assurer le remplissage correct du carter, et ainsi, éviter
le siphonnage de celui-ci en cas d'arrêt prolongé.
It is essential that the motor casing is permanently filled
with fluid.
Port 1 (leakage) must be located at the highest point. If
this is not possible, the shape of the piping must ensure
that the casing is correctly filled and must prevent any
siphoning of the casing in case of a prolonged shut down.
Pour les moteurs de type MK05 et MK08 freinés, l'orifice X
(pilotage du frein) est aligné avec l'orifice 1.
Pour les moteurs de type MK11 freinés, l'orifice X (pilotage du frein) est aligné avec l'orifice 1 ou Y, la purge de
frein est réalisée par les vis (112).

soit défreiné, pour cela effectuer les
opérations suivantes :

Under certain service situations, it
may be necessary to release the
motor brake. To achieve this, perform the following operations :
Freins standards (F04 – F07 - F11
- F12 – F19)
Standard brakes (F04 – F07 - F11

-Extraire le bouchon (142) de la
coiffe (141).
-Comprimer la rondelle élastique
(108) en tirant sur le piston de frein
(107) à l'aide d'un ensemble vis
écrou et d'une pièce en profilé soudé, percée, en appui sur le corps de
frein (101). (voir outillage)
Serrer l'écrou jusqu'à ce que l'arbre
tourne librement. (voir tableau)
Après défreinage, monter un bouchon (142) neuf.
-Remove the plug (142) from the
cover (141).
-Compress the spring washer (108)
by pulling on the brake piston (107)
using a screw, nut and drilled
welded angle-piece pressing on the
brake body (101) (See tools).
Tighten the nut until the shaft turns
freely (see table)
After brake release, install a new
plug (142).

Défreinage à la graisse

Brake release using grease

Lorsque l'accessibilité du frein ne
permet pas le défreinage mécanique,
il est possible d'utiliser une pompe à
graisse d'usage courant en respectant
les précautions suivantes:
La pression maximum d'alimentation du frein doit pouvoir être contrôlée pendant l'opération, prévoir un
manomètre 0 - 40 bar.
Après avoir débranché l'alimentation du frein, s'assurer qu'il est rempli d'huile afin de limiter la quantité
de graisse introduite dans l'huile.
When lack of access prevents mechanical brake release, it is possible
to use a normal grease pump
(grease gun), while taking the following precautions .
It must be possible to check the
maximum supply pressure to the
brake during the operation. Install a
0 - 40 bar [0 - 580 PSI] pressure
gauge .
After disconnecting the brake supply
line, make sure that it is full of oil to
limit the amount of grease introduced into the oil.

• Par tuyaux acier sans soudure, étirés à froids.
• Seamless cold-drawn steel tubes.
• Par flexibles haute pression.
• High pressure flexible hoses.
Le drainage (orifice 1) par tuyaux ou flexibles basse
pression de diamètre intérieur 12 mm [0.47 in] mini pour
permettre sans surpression excessive (3 bar [43 PSI]),

The leakage (port 1) must use pipes or low pressure
hoses of an internal diameter minimum 12 mm [0.47 in]
to enable quick return of the pistons without excessive
counter-pressure (3 bar [43 PSI]). (The quantity of oil to
be evacuated corresponds to approximately 10 % of the
motor displacement). For the brake pilot (port X), if
used, fit rigid tubes with minimum internal diameter of

Cette opération est à effectuer IMPERATIVEMENT

Débrancher la tuyauterie de drainage au niveau du
réservoir (avant le filtre), effectuer le plein du carter
par cette tuyauterie.
Disconnect the drain line at the tank end (before
the filter). Fill the casing via this line.

Rebrancher la tuyauterie de drainage.

Dévisser la vis de purge (044) située au niveau le

Resserrer la vis lorsque le fluide hydraulique coule
par cette vis.
Rebrancher la tuyauterie de drainage.
Unscrew the purge screw (044) located at the highest point.
Retighten the screw when hydraulic fluid flows from
that screw hole.
Reconnect the drain line.

dépasser 80° C [176 °F]., la viscosité doit toujours être
supérieure à 9cSt, sinon, revoir l'installation au niveau du
circuit de refroidissement.
• L'efficacité du freinage s'il y a lieu.

Connect pressure gauges :

screw (112) located at the highest level
• Make sure that the brake supply pressure is zero.
• Feed the motor with fluid and read the pressure at
which the motor starts turning, make vary the pressure
by means of the circuit safety valve or regulator valve.
The difference in pressure between the two supply lines
of the motor must be at least equal to 350 bar

[5076 PSI] (447 cm [27.27 cu.in] displacement). If this
value is not reached it is necessary to consult a repair
center to change the brake.
The limit to be observed before replacement depends
on the working pressure and the required factor of
safety.

après 10 freinages de sécurité.
When the parking brake has been used as an emergency brake (brake applied when the vehicle is still
moving ) servicing the brake is mandatory .
A new technology multidisc brake should be checked as
