CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR DIPLOMA IN LEGAL PRACTICE PART
TIME/WEEKEND MUSANZE INTAKE 2
The Institute of Legal Practice & Development (ILPD) is calling for applications of the
2nd Intake for the Program of Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice/Part Time
Weekend -Musanze. This is a program designed for practicing advocates or those who
wish to become advocates.
 This training will be conducted at the CID School /Musanze
 Classes will be conducted on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00am–03:00pm (This
period includes a break of 1hour)
 The training period will be 9 months and an extra 3 months for Internship in a law
firm for those applicants without experience of two years in the practice of
advocates.
 Registration is open from 15th -31st October 2016.
 The Diploma in Legal Practice program/Weekend is now at a subsidized cost of
One million and one hundred thousand of Rwandan Francs (1 100 000 Rfw).
 STARTING DATE IS 05th November 2016

Degree certificate notarized
Two Passport size photos
Copy of the National Identity card for national students and a copy of passport
for international students
V. Bank slip of 10,000 Rfw as application fee paid in the ILPD account n° 100 000
4096 in the National Bank of Rwanda.
VI.
Proof of experience as an advocate (To whom issued by the RBA) or proof of
experience in any other legal domain. (This requirement is not mandatory for those
applicants without experience)

Interested applicants are required to deposit hard copies of their complete files to ILPD
Kigali office on the dates indicated above from 02.00 pm to 05.00pm OR to send their
degree certificate, filled enrolment form, and bank slip of 10,000 Rfw for application fee
