Variety and location:
40% Roussane ; 30% Vermentino ; 20% Grenache ; 10%
Viognier Plot on a local sandstone, facing north to get
freshness to the wine
The winery:
Manually harvested at aromatic maturity
Grapes selection from the plot and from the warehouse
Total destemming
Cold maceration under inert gas
Static cold settling
Wine without sulphite
Fermentation at low temperature in thermo regulated vats
Maturing on fine lees and early bottling
Tasting Note:
If possible carafe the wine for more pleasure.
Expressive nose reveals aromas of citrus mingling with
notes of white flowers and dried apricot.
A beautiful fullness in mouth, supported by a fresh and
tonic final
For the pleasure of discovering, enjoying preferably at a
temperature of 11 °.
