WHAT TO DO WHEN SENDING THE PRESS CAR ACCREDITATION
La dernière page doit être signée par chaque membre de l'équipage,
accompagnée de la mention manuscrite "lu et approuvé".
Cette fiche d'inscription doit être complétée directement depuis votre
ordinateur et renvoyée à : [email protected]
Pour que l'engagement soit pris en compte, la présente fiche doit être
accompagnée des documents numériques suivants (en JPG, moins de 1MO) :
•
Copie recto verso du permis de conduire de chacun des membres de
l'équipage ;
•
Copie du passeport de chacun des membres de l’équipage (valable
jusqu'au 31/01/17 et qui doit avoir 3 x 2 pages vierges consécutives)
•
Copie de la carte de presse de chacun des journalistes
•
Une photo d'identité par personne (nom du journaliste inscrit dessus)
•
Copie de la carte grise du véhicule
•
L’autorisation de prêt du propriétaire du véhicule s’il ne fait pas partie
de l’équipage ;
•
4 photos du véhicule : ¾ avant droit, ¾ avant gauche, ¾ arrière droit, ¾
arrière gauche
Les dossiers incomplets et ou remplis à la main ne seront pas traités
The last page must be signed by every members of the crew. The signature must
be preceded by the handwritten phrase "read and approved".
This registration file must be completed from your computer and returned to
[email protected],
So that the present enrolment can be taken into account, the present form must
be sent with the following numeric files (in JPG, Under 1MO):
•
Both sides copy of the driving license for every members of the crew ;
•
An ID photo per person (with the name of the journalist on) ;
•
Copy of the Press Card of each journalist
•
Copy of the passport of every members of the crew, (which must have 3x2
side by side blank pages and must be valid up to 31st January 2017) ;
•
Copy of the vehicle’s registration certificate
•
The authorization of loan from the owner of the vehicle if he is not part of
the crew ;
•
4 pictures the vehicle : ¾ front right, ¾ front left, ¾ rear right, ¾ rear left
Incomplete and or handwritten files will not be treated

Je déclare m'engager sur le Silk Way Rally 2016 en pleine connaissance des
risques que le déroulement de cette épreuve peut m'amener à courir. Je
dégage par avance les organisateurs de toute responsabilité civile ou
pénale, en cas d’accident corporel ou matériel survenant au cours de
l'épreuve.
Je déclare avoir pris connaissance et accepté les conditions d’accréditation
presse et les clauses du règlement presse de l'épreuve.

documents are valid, especially the driving license, the vehicle registration
certificate and the insurance documents.
I declare that I enter the Silk Way Rally 2016 in full knowledge of the risks such a
race involves and renounce in advance all responsibility on the part of the
organisers civil or penal, in the case of bodily or material accident during the
event.

* la location des matériels de sécurité obligatoires (Iritrack, GPS
ERTF) pour les véhicules de presse suivants l’itinéraire course ;
* la location du Tripy (obligatoire pour les véhicules suivants
l'itinéraire assistance).

for press vehicles following the race route
* renting of Tripy (compulsory for vehicles following the assistance
route).

* return trip Moscow, Beijing (before and after the rally)
* round trip transportation of the vehicle from your base to
Moscow and from Beijing to your base.
* accomodation and catering in Moscow
* accomodation in Beijing on 24th July
* fuel
* personal transmissions (cost of phone, e-mail etc.)
* sleeping material to sleep at the bivouac
* potential visa costs
* renting or buying of satphone (optional)
* purchase of the mounting kits for GPS, IRITRACK or Tripy
(compulsory)

PAYMENT
L’organisation n’acceptera qu’un seul et unique payeur par véhicule
presse ou par media. Le paiement devra se faire exclusivement par
virement bancaire en €uros (frais de virement à la charge du
payeur) aux coordonnées bancaires ci dessous. Merci de bien
vouloir indiquer le nom du Média ou du team comme référence lors
de votre virement avec la mention « engagement Presse Silk Way
Rally 2016 »
Le montant total devra être payé dans les 14 jours qui suivent la
réception de la confirmation d’accréditation.
The organizer will accept only one payer per press vehicle or per
media. Payment should be done exclusively by bank transfer en
€uros (transfer fees at the charge of the payer) at the bank details
hereafter.
We thank you to put the name of the Media or the Team as well as
“Silk Way Rally 2016 press registrations” as reference on your bank
transfer order.
The total amount must be paid within the 14 days following the
reception of the accredition’s confirmation.
