ACTIONS CORRECTIVES
Contrôler la position électrique des switchs de
porte
Changer le fusible F1 (voir chapitres entretien
maintenance et pièces de rechange)
Verrouiller complètement la porte de l’appareil,
si le voyant vert s’allume, faire changer
l’interrupteur.
Vérifier le branchement et l’état du cordon
secteur.Vérifier la tension secteur
Vérifier le bon positionnement de la porte et
manoeuvrer les vis de bridage.
– Si le voyant reste éteint;
Vérifier la commande mécanique des switchs.
La puissance micro-onde est sollicitée,
– Les voyants vert et rouge restent éteints;
Changer le switch de porte, voir le SAV.
Les 2 voyants sont éteints la porte est fermée,
si le voyant vert ne s’allume pas après 5 à 10
minutes d’arrêt;
Changer le thermo-contact, voir le SAV.
Les voyants vert et rouge s’éteignent pendant le
déroulement du programme,
– Dégager les prises d’air autour de l’appareil –
Le S1000 est installé dans une zone chaude.
– Vérifier le fonctionnement du ventilateur;

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Remove the covering and the deflector (see
maintenance chapter).
-Check the connection of the bulbs, and replace
used bulbs.
Do a test with water in the flask and controlling
the temperature. For a setpoint of 70°C and 300
ml of water, the temperature should stabilise
within about 9 minute.
Increase the maximum power value.
Check that the temperature rises faster.
Whatever the setpoint displayed, the temperature
rise is very slow. Change the magnetron, and
finally consult the after-sales service.
Remove the cover on the bottom of the
instrument. Unscrew the spot transmission
screen. Clean this screen wit alcohol and wipe it
with a soft cloth.
Remove the window of the glove finger. Clean
the window with alcohol, and wipe it with a soft
cloth.
