CJ TRANSMISSION
-T-14, cast iron case, three speed fully-synchronized transmission, the mainshaft has 10 splines on the output end.
Casting numbers on the transmission case T14X-1X or 13-02-065-9XX. Used from 1967-75 in V6 & staight 6 cylinder
model CJ’s. Case length 8.68”.
-T-15, cast iron case, three speed fully-synchronized transmission, the mainshaft has 6 splines on the output end.
Casting numbers on the transmission case, T15A-1X or 13-07-065-9XX. Used from 1972-75 in V8 model CJ5. Case length 10”.
-T-150, cast iron case, three speed fully-synchronized transmission. Casting numbers on the transmission case,
260XXXX. Used from 1976-79, 6 & 8 cylinder CJ5 & CJ7. Case length 9.18”.
-T-170, aluminum case, four speed transmission. Casting numbers on the transmission case, C2604XXX. Used from
1980-84, 4-6-8 cylinder model; CJ5, CJ7 & CJ8. Case length 10.25".
-SR4, aluminum case, four speed transmission. Used ball bearings on maindrive gear & mainshaft. Casting numbers on
transmission case; 13-32-065-9XX or 13-40-065-9XX. The top cover has a Ford casting mark. Used from 1980-81, 4 & 6
cylinder CJ’s. Case length 9.25".
-T-4, aluminum case, four speed transmission. Used tapered bearings on maindrive gear & mainshaft. Casting numbers
on transmission case; 13-51-065-9XX or 13-52-065-9XX. Used from 1982-86, 4 & 6 cylinder model CJ5 & CJ7.
-T-5, aluminum case, five speed transmission. Used tapered bearings on maindrive gear & mainshaft. Casting numbers
on transmission case; 13-51-065-9XX or 13-52-065-9XX. Used from 1982-86, 4 & 6 cylinder model CJ5 & CJ7.

TRANSFER CASE
-Dana Spicer gear identification : all gears are stamped with 18-8-XX
-Dana model 20 (72-79) has off set output shafts. The model 20 has a lower front output shaft and a upper
rear output shaft. All models have single shift levers.
-Dana model 300 (80-86) has off set output shafts. The model 300 has a lower front output shaft and a upper
rear output shaft. The output shaft housings are aluminum. All models have single shift levers.
-Borg Warner Quadratrac (76-79 CJ7 automatic only) is a chain drive transfer case. The Quadratrac was
used with an automatic transmission which featured full time four wheel drive, all aluminum case.

Note : Le cadre de vitre sur les plus vieux modèle de Jeep est interchangeable. Donc il est très important avant de commander un toit de toile de vérifier la largeur du cadre de vitre.
