honorarium form (C). The projects assigned to you are on D.
Une fois connecté, vous arrivez sur cette page d’accueil où vous trouvez le texte de l’appel à
projets (A), la fiche de confidentialité (B) et la fiche d’évaluation à utiliser (C). Les projets à
évaluer sont en D, il suffit de cliquer dessus.
On the next page, you can find the applicant’s folder (E) and the evaluation form to complete online (F).

In each applicant’s folder, you will find 4 documents :
A- financial document
B- scientific project

D- the resume of the principal investigator

Reviewing guidelines: Projects are reviewed with the best international standards in mind, considering 4
main criteria and using a A+ (excellent) to C (inadequate) scale.
For each item, In order to justify the score, the corresponding ‘comment’ field should be filled in properly.
The global score and the ranking should reflect the overall impression on the application. The ‘overall
comments’ should reflect the scores, and state clearly what are the strengths and weaknesses of the
proposal. This part should also contain recommendations to improve the project.
Warning:the comments might be used in the final evaluation report sent to the principal investigator.
Rank of this project among all the projects you had to evaluate (from 1 being the best (A) versus
the number of the projects you had to review (B).
You can save (C ) at any time and continue later but the validation(D) is final.
Vous devez noter ce projet par rapport à l’ensemble de ceux que vous avez évalué (1 étant le meilleur
(A) /x évalués (B)). Vous pouvez remplir en plusieurs fois le formulaire en l’enregistrant (C) quand vous
le souhaitez mais la validation (D) est définitive.
