Description
For rent are 2 furnished and quiet rooms, well suited for students or interns
located in Möhrendorf near Erlangen.
Tenant may also use the kitchen on the ground level, which is equipped with all
utilities of daily use such as, elecctric stove, dishwasher, fridge , dishes etc.
Also, there is a storage room on the ground level with washing machine. A small
attachment of the house is accessible from the kitchen is has the shared
bathroom with shower and toilet.
Living room is furnished with a bed couch and shelves. Separate from it is a
second room is furnished with a single bed, night stand and wardrobe.
On the first floor is another second and small storage room for the tenant as
well as a second bathroom with toilet.
Upon request, tenant may also rent a parking space.
Rooms are facing southwest and therefore are very light drenched.
Möhrendorf is approx. 6 to 7 km from Downtown Erlangen. Unfortunately, there
is not such a good bus connection, unless used in the morning or
afternoon/evening during regular rush hour times. Bus leaves every hour during
these times.
Monthly rent is plus a lump-sum for the utilities of 70,00 €. For the 2nd person
rent will increase plus 70,00 €.
Hint: Smoking is not permitted in the living space.
