cocoa beans that we use today to make our delicious hot chocolate.
We still use the recipe perfected by David Sprüngli.
Or if you would rather have something different, why not try our
home-made ice tea or one of the many varieties of delicious Sprüngli
coffee, made from the finest Arabica beans!

We serve our hot drinks with a Napolitaine Grand Cru
Criollo de Maracaibo or another seasonal speciality. The
rare Criollo de Maracaibo cocoa bean is cultivated in
Venezuela. This fine bean forms the basis for a unique
speciality made by the Confiserie Sprüngli.
