Terms & Conditions 2016
Enrolment fee (75€) + a deposit of 80€ per week (non refundable) have to be paid to confirm the enrolment.
The balance has to be paid upon reception of the invoice, about 1 month before the course starts.
Concerning accommodation, except for homestay, fees have to be paid directly to accommodation partners (hotels, residences, and private owners).

In case of cancellation:
• Up until 14 days before the course starts: enrolment fee (75€) and the deposit (80€/week) are not refundable.
• Between 7 and 13 days before the course starts: enrolment fee and 50% of the course price and 100% of the first week of homestay will not be
reimbursed.
• During the 6 days before the course starts or in case of non appearance on the first day: enrolment fee and 100% of the course price and 100%
of the first week of homestay will not be reimbursed.
For repeated changes of an enrolment, a fee of 50€ will be charged.
Any course change or postponement less than 14 days before the course starts will be considered as a cancellation.
INSURANCE
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We strongly recommend that our students insure themselves against civil liability, illness, accident, loss of luggage, money, valuables, cancellation or
interruption of course for personal or health reasons.
IS Aix-en-Provence does not reimburse any course that has started.
