changement dans la conception du bateau pour obtenir un certificat valide. / This Certificate is not valid for a boat the design of which has been varied or modified from the
specimen tested. The manufacturer shall inform Bureau Veritas of any modifications or changes to the boat in order to obtain a valid certificate.

Le nombre maximal de personnes à bord lorsque le navire est en route ne doit pas dépasser le nombre de
personnes pour lequel le bateau a rempli avec succès les exigences requises pour le franc-bord, la stabilité
et la flottaison conformément à la norme ISO 12217. Si des enfants font partie de l'équipage, le nombre
de personnes à bord peut être augmenté, à condition que la masse de chaque enfant ne dépasse pas
37,5kg maximum, et que la masse totale des personnes ne soit pas dépassée, soit 600 Kg. // The maximum
number of persons to be carried when the craft is under way shall not exceed the maximum number of persons
for which the craft has successfully passed the requirements for free-board, stability and floatation in
accordance with the standard ISO 12217. Where children are carried as part of the crew, the maximum
number of persons may be exceeded provided that each child’s mass does not surpass a limit of 37,5kg and the
total persons mass is not exceeded, i.e. 600 kg.
