ZEPHYRA
ZEPHYRA is a finishing machine dedicated to woven and knitted fabrics, even the very delicate
ones (Viscose, Lyocell ®,Tencel ®, cotton, linen, silk,...).
ZEPHYRA uses techniques that anticipate the market’s need in order to create a new generation of fabric hand.
ZEPHYRA est une machine de finissage destinée aux articles tissés ou tricotés même très délicats (Viscose, Lyocell ®,Tencel ®,
coton, lin, soie, ...).
Les technologies mises en œuvre sur ZEPHYRA permettent la création de touchers et d’aspects fluides et
soyeux.
POINTS FORTS
• Dérompage et microfibrillation des tissus par percussion contrôlée contre les parois internes et la
tuyère et par l’action de l’air circulant à très grande vitesse (dans cette même tuyère).
• Traitements uniformes et sans cassure, sur toute
la largeur du tissu, par mise au large permanente
du tissu dans la tuyère aérodynamique.
• Optimisation de l’effet tumblage sur certains
tissus, assuré par vaporisage ou chauffage de l’air.
• Excellent stockage du tissu dans son panier
grâce au guide incurvé qui accompagne le tissu
en sortie de tuyère.
• Traitements chimiques ou enzymatiques complémentaires de finissage ou de préparation
(Biopolished ®, vieillissement, délavages, adoucissement) à faible rapport de bain.
• Pilotage simplifiée et convivial avec une reproductibilité fidèle des process grâce à son automatisation.
• Nettoyage aisé.
• Buses de nettoyage fixes et rotatives.
• Filtre à bourres sur circuit d’air.
• Équipement complet pour traitement au mouillé
(pompe de circulation, bac d’ajout, filtre).
• Séchage de grande capacité.
• Contrôle de l’humidité de l’air.
• La ZEPHYRA peut être livrée en version simplifiée pour traitement à sec seulement).

the fabric by the aerodynamic air nozzle.
