Documents:
Each rider gets an envelope with 2 numbered bracelets in:
1 for the rider and 1 for the bike. With these bracelets the rider
has access to the Paddock (Hall 5) an the Track. Bikes are not
allowed in Hall 4 outside the track and other Halls.
4) Visitors entry fee
Visitors can buy entrance tickets for 1 day or for the weekend.
- Dayticket (Saturday or Sunday):11 € for adults and 6 € for children < 12 years
- Weekend ticket: 22 € for adults and 12 € for children < 12 years
With a day or weekend ticket you can also get access on Friday. No acces on Friday
without any ticket. With a ticket you have access to the Paddock, the Track and
Velofollies.

online: www.velofollies.be/bmxtickets You’ll receive a voucher with barcode that
you can exchange for a ticket at the entrance of Hall 5 (via P3). This is only for
weekend tickets. Day tickets have to be bought at the entrance.

5) Exhibition space for National & Registered Teams
Only national & registered teams can hire a location of 6m x 3m in Hall 5 to place their
tent. Enclosed you’ll find a floorplan with the possible locations The teams who are
interested have to send their application to [email protected].
1 location of 6m x 3m costs 100 € and has to be paid before placing the tent: a
responsible of the teams has to present himself at the entrance IN/OUT ZUID (see
enclosed plan). There he of she will receive clearance to enter Hall 5 with the tent and
a vehicle for unloading all materials. No vehicles can stay in the hall during the
weekend.
6) commercial space
It is possible to hire a commercial space to sell products (no catering can be sold).
These spaces have a minimum of 16 m² (4m x 4m) and a maximum of 48 m² (4m x
12m) and can be hired for 20 €/m². Applications have to be send tot

7) Camping facilities for motorhomes and caravans

As for the previous editions of the national championships in Kortrijk, there is a area
available opposite the Kortrijk Xpo campus (see plan): Car Park no.1 P+R,
Kennedylaan, 8500 Kortrijk. This car park will be reserved for caravans and
motorhomes, and arranged to welcome them (asphalt underground). This Car Park
will be open from Friday 20 January at 14:00 hrs until Sunday 22 January at 20:00
hrs, and is on walking distance to the track. There is no electricity supply. Costs or
the cost of a parking ticker, 4 €/day.

Business flights to and from Wevelgem airport make Kortrijk Xpo easily accessible
by air. In Wevelgem a taxi will take you to our exhibition center within 5 minutes (7
km).
From Brussels National Airport (Belgium):
From Brussels International Airport, take a train to Brussels North and then a train
to Kortrijk (100 km).
From Lille/Lesquin (France):
From Lille / Lesquin airport, take a taxi to Lille Flandres station and then the train to
Kortrijk (40 km).
By train & bus:
There are good railway connections from all Belgian towns to Kortrijk.

Travel via Roosendaal to Antwerp or Brussels, where you take the train to Kortrijk.
From Germany:
