This remote control is intended to operate hearing
instruments.
Read and follow the instructions of this user guide to
avoid injuries or damage to remote control.

Siemens remote control devices have been tested
and found not to cause interference with cardiac
pacemakers that are manufactured and operated
in compliance with applicable safety standards,
provided worst-case scenarios are avoided. Siemensremote controls can be operated safely by, or
within the vicinity of individuals fitted with these
pacemakers.
If you wear a pacemaker carry the remote control with a safety distance of about 12 inches
(30cm) to the pacemaker.
Do not carry the remote control:
■ in your breast pocket.
■ with a lanyard around your neck.
■ directly on the skin over the implanted pacemaker.

When operating the hearing instrument in T-coil
mode, the wireless function may cause a pulsing
noise.
In this case use the remote control with a distance greater than 10 cm (4 inches).

be affected by electromagnetic interference – e.g.
from a computer monitor or fluorescent lamp
system.
Move away from the source of interference if
you experience difficulty.
In the event your hearing instruments can be
controlled by another person's remote control,

to your Hearing Care Professional.
