Proposition d’autoriser la Directrice générale à enchérir sur les propriétés qui seront vendu pour taxes par le shérif
le 15 décembre 2015/ Motion to authorise the Director General to bid on the properties that will be sold for unpaid
taxes by the sheriff December 15, 2015.
RENOUVELEMENT DU CONTRAT DG/RENEWAL OF DG CONTRACT
Proposition de renouveler le contrat de la DG pour quatre ans le 31 décembre 2015 et d’y ajouter une semaine de
vacances/Motion to renew the DG’s contract on December 31st for 4 years and to add one weeks vacation.
RENOUVELEMENT DE CONTRAT/RENEWAL OF CONTRACT
Proposition de renouveler le contrat d’Hélène Desjardins pour une durée indéterminée à partir du 31 décembre
2015 et que l’entente soit révisée aux quatre ans/Motion to renew Hélène Desjardin’s contract for an indeterminate
period as of December 31, 2015 and that the agreement be revised every four years.
ALLOCATIONS CELLULAIRES/CELL PHONE ALLOCATIONS
Proposition de verser les allocations pour les cellulaires pour l’année 2015, soient 540 $ pour la DG, 216 $ pour le
Chef du service d’incendie et 192 $ pour le contremaitre de la voirie (résolution 20-02-2015) /Motion to pay the
cellphone allocations for 2015 as per resolution #20-02-2015 and as follows : $540 to the DG, $216 to the chief of
the fire department and $192 to the roads foreman.
SIGNATURES
Proposition que l’autorisation de signature pour et au nom de la municipalité soit accordée à Charles Kealey,
promaire et qu’il représente la municipalité à titre de promaire aux réunions de la MRCVG, le tout en absence du
maire, Morris O’Connor/Motion to authorise Charles Kealey, Deputy Mayor, to sign for and in the name of the
municipality and that he represent the municipality as Deputy Mayor at the MRCVG meetings, both in the absence
Mayor Morris O’Connor.

Proposition que l’autorisation de signature pour et au nom de la municipalité soit accordé à la Directrice générale
afin de pouvoir signer une quittance générale et finale indiquant que toutes taxes impayées ont été payées pour le
lot rénové 5162207 et de consentir à la radiation de l’inscription de tous droits hypothécaires/Motion to authorise
the Director General to sign for and in the name of the municipality a receipt of payment from the owner of
renovated lot 5162207 for unpaid taxes and to release the property from any and all liens.

6.1.10 Proposition d’appuyer la demande d’Être et Devenir qui vise la création de deux emplois subventionné pour la
réalisation d’activités et d’événements dans le sud de la MRCVG/Motion to support the request of Be and Become
intended to create two subsidized positions to help realize activities and events in the south of the MRCVG.

CONTINUITÉ DE TRAVAUX DE CONSTRUCTION/CONTINUATION OF CONSTRUCTION
Proposition de permettre à la propriétaire du lot rénové 516203 de continuer des travaux de construction sans
autres ajouts ou empiètement dans la rive du Lac Murray et de réémettre un permis en vertu de tous règlements en
vigueur/ Motion to allow owner of the renovated lot 516203 to continue construction on the condition that there are
no new adjustements/additions to the building or any further encroachment on the shores of Lake Murray and to reissue a permit in conformity with the bylaws in force.
AUTORISATION CPTAQ AUTHORISATION
Proposition d’appuyer la demande d’autorisation provenant d’Hydro-QC afin de permettre une utilisation autre
qu’agricole dans le cadre du projet de construction de nouveau poste à Gracefield/Motion to support a request for
autorisation for a use other than agriculture from Hydro-QC in the context of the construction of a new station in
Gracefield.
