In this book, the author is reviewing various legal issues pertaining to the tourism sector and its legal developments in Europe and Belgium. This is the first
book in English on this topic in Belgium with an in depth analysis of European
legislation and court cases.
There is a study of the European, National and Regional regulations on topics
such as timeshare, tour operators, hotel management and seasonal rentals. In
addition to the legal analysis, the book provides for various appendices which
are practical and useful for the readers.
This book is a new step in the creation and development of the specific field of
law which is the Tourism and Leisure Law.
