Tussen juni 2016 en augustus 2016 werd
het positief kliksysteem op diesel 4 keer
toegepast. Dit heeft geleid tot een toename
van +/- 3 cent van de accijnzen op deze
brandstof. De toepassing van het negatief
kliksysteem op benzine heeft de accijnzen
op deze brandstof daarentegen met 1 cent
verminderd. Deze variaties qua accijnzen
verklaren grotendeels de verkleining van
het prijsverschil tussen diesel en benzine,
dat daalde van 18 cent tot 12 cent, het
kleinste verschil sinds november 2012.

Between June and August, the positive click
system on diesel was applied 4 times. This
led to an increase of +/- 3 cents of the
duties on this fuel. Conversely, a single
application of the negative click system on
petrol reduced the duties by 1 cent. These
variations in excise duties explain the gap in
price between diesel and petrol which went
from 18 cents to 12 cents, or the smallest
gap since November 2012.
Entre le mois de juin 2016 et août 2016, le
système de cliquet positif sur le diesel a été
appliqué à 4 reprises. Cela a conduit à une
augmentation de +/- 3 cents des accises sur
ce carburant. A l’inverse, l’application à une
reprise du cliquet négatif sur l’essence a
réduit de 1 cent les accises sur ce
carburant.
Ces
variations
d’accises
expliquent en grande partie la réduction de
l’écart de prix entre diesel et essence qui
est passé de 18 cents à 12 cents, soit l’écart
le plus faible depuis novembre 2012.

Voor het internationale vervoer kent het
totaal aantal passagiers vervoerd op de
Belgische luchthavens in juni/juli/augustus
2016 een dalende trend in vergelijking met
juni/juli/augustus 2015. Deze daling is te
wijten aan de aanslagen van 22 maart 2016
op de luchthaven Brussel-Nationaal.

Het eerste semester van 2016 ligt de
activiteit globaal genomen ongeveer op
hetzelfde niveau als dezelfde maanden van
het vorige jaar, maar dit vooral dank zij het
vervoer vanuit de zeehavens naar het
achterland (vooral het Rijngebied). De
aanvoer naar Belgische bestemmingen is
verminderd, in het bijzonder op het Waalse
netwerk. De ontwikkeling van de
vrachtprijzen is sterk afhankelijk van de
waterstanden op de Rijn. Dit aspect draagt
bij tot de onzekerheid van de marktsituatie.

departing from maritime ports to internal
destinations (particularly the Rhine basin).
Transport to Belgian destinations has
reduced, particularly on the Walloon road
network. The situation for freight prices is
closely linked to water levels in the Rhine.
This phenomenon contributes to the
uncertainty in the market situation.

Durant le premier semestre de 2016,
l'activité reste plus ou moins au même
niveau que durant les mêmes mois de
l'année précédente, surtout grâce au
transport au départ des ports maritimes
vers l’intérieur (surtout le bassin du Rhin).
L’acheminement vers les destinations
belges a diminué, surtout sur le réseau
routier wallon. La situation des prix du fret
dépend étroitement du niveau des eaux sur
le Rhin. Ce phénomène contribue à
l’incertitude de la situation du marché.

tijdens het 3de kwartaal die overeenstemt
met een cyclische verandering.

van 2016, treedt er vanaf juli 2016 terug
een duidelijke daling op. Dit patroon van
een stabilisatie gevolgd door een continue
daling manifesteert zich de laatste jaren
gelijkaardig.

has once again been noted from July 2016.
