tariff item no. 2A.1 to a prehearing conference. It will be
held on May 23rd at 2:30 P.M.
at 90 Elgin street, 2nd floor,
in ottawa. An agenda is
attached.

more than a couple of hours.
It is intended to assist the
parties in preparing for the
hearing. Any procedural
matter of concern to any party
should be raised at that time.

for transcript delivery within
10 days.

The Board has not yet set a
date for the commencement of
the hearings. However, it is
unlikely that the Board can
convene the parties before
October.
