Upon your arrival, please come to our reception desk. You will receive a folder containing:

Business lunches will be served over the two days.
In addition please feel free to enjoy the lunch to make the meetings more informal, and also meet the
companies with which you do not have an arranged meeting.
BUSINESS CENTER
For your comfort we have made the Business Center available for internet access.
COFFEE BREAK
You can enjoy the coffee break free of charge from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
YOUR BOOTH
Access to the stand will be on 22 October 2012 from 4:00 pm until 07:30 maximum. Your stands will
be fitted and equipped. The space will be open from 23 October from 08:00.

A fully equipped 6m² for your meetings including: 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 fascia board, 1 power
point/supply.

An opportunity to show special capabilities of a partner or a company division in our online catalogue.
This will not grant an additional schedule of meetings but will make it possible to add requested and
validated meetings in the initial schedule.

STAND INSTALLATION
DECORATION OF YOUR STAND
To customize your booth, you can hang posters or pictures. Remember to attach chains and hooks
and clips for hanging on the rails, and a roll of cellotape if the item is lightweight (it is forbidden to
break the walls).
At each booth you will find an electrical outlet. If you have multiple computers to run, think about
bringing a multiple adaptor.
ADDITIONAL FURNITURE
If you need additional furniture for your stand, please order directly from our official stand builder
Lign’Expo. Make sure you will mention Rail Industry Meetings in the subject. wish additional elements

HOW TO GET TO CIAMED
BY CAR
Lyon is very well serviced by a network of over 1000km motorways. From Paris it will take 4h to cover
the 400km, 5h to cover 480km from Barcelona, 1h30 for the 180km from Geneva and 3h for the
210km from Turin. These indications will help you determine your travel time depending on the country
of your departure.
