Mid – Semester Study Guide
Kindly not that this year you will have written test and oral test, written test is over 75 and oral test is over 25.
Oral test will be held during test weeks and it will be divided into 2 parts:
Part 1: Oral comprehension is over 15 (student is asked to listen to an oral document and answer questions accordingly)
Part 2: Oral production is over 10 (student is asked to introduce him/herself, describe photos, say a dialogue,….)
Written test: The information in this document will help to prepare you for the exam. Make sure you read the
text, review notes, worksheets, homework, and old quizzes and tests. Review the vocabulary for each section
below and make sure you can answer the questions listed underneath each section. Good Luck 
The duration of the exam is 1 session (45 min.).
French exam will cover the following content:
 Section I: comprehension:
This section will be an unseen comprehension(s) to assess the students’ understanding and acquisition of the different
reading skills introduced throughout the semester
 Section II : Vocabulary:
This section will consist questions like(Complète avec / Associe /Choisis la bonne réponse /Écris en lettres/ Où peut-on
lire….)
La leçon

La présentation.
Les vêtements et les formes.
Les couleurs.
Les matières scolaires.
Les nombres de 1 à 100.

How to study for the exam:
- Students will have to study all lessons included from (the book / the copy book & the sheets)
- They must redo all the exercises they had (the book / the copy book / the sheets /test & quizzes & warm ups)
- The oral exam will be held during the French sessions starting from 23/10 to 27/10
