At l’Epicerie du marché we focus on authentic, high-quality products that will help you
bring that ambiance from France in to your home and enjoy at any time, not only on special
occasions.
We source from small scale French "Artisan" food producers and farmers. We select them for
their « savoir faire » and because they do not use artificial additives or preservatives in their
products or processes. We can tell you how they work and how passionate they are about
their activity.
Our range includes traditional specialities and creative food such as the award winning
scallops rillettes, the delightful Lucques olives or the unique Rhubarb nectar, and, through
the seasons, we invite you to discover new regional food by offering you a selection of food,
whilst it is at its best.
At l’Epicerie du marché, we are enthusiastic about our food and your enjoyment of it. We
will share our recipes with you and can also help setting menus or creating a bespoke cheese
board or fruit hamper.

Vegetables and fruits
We only offer seasonal , fisrt choice, fruits and vegetables
that we select for their quality and taste, their originality and the richness of their terroir.
However, some varieties are available all year round.
The potatoes for instance, the ones we offer currently are the rare and famous
black « Vitelotte » from the Loire valley ref 1310 at £3.99 per kilo,
the light and waxy red ref 1311 or yellow ref 1312 ‘’Chérie’’ from the santerre at £2.40 per kilo,
the famous ratte du Touquet ref 1214 at £4.50 per kilo
Also available in differents shapes
the exceptionnal Pink garlic from lautrec ref 1320, Label rouge quality,
the traditional and very large white garlic ref 1321
the beautiful and smelly smoke garlic ref 1322
at £2 per head or around £9 per garland.

Purchase Contract
 All purchases made on this order form are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
 The Terms and Conditions governing purchases made will be those in effect at the time
you place an order.
 We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you
have provided us with. At this point the purchase contract is made and we will supply the
goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Price
 The price of the goods will be as quoted on the catalogue at the time you confirm your
order
 The prices stated will be inclusive of any VAT payable.
 The price of the goods does not include the cost of delivery to be agreed at order
confirmation
Payments
 Transactions can only be processed in GBP £ Sterling.
 We do not accept payments by credit or debit card

Delivery
 We only deliver to the UK mainland.
 Products are subject to availability.
 You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received.
 In all instances our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or
incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.
 It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available to receive and
sign for the delivery on the day the goods arrive to the delivery address.
 Deliveries will generally reach you within 4-5 working days of receipt of your order via
courier.
 Where payments are made by cheque, deliveries will be despached on receipt of cheque
for the value of the goods and delivery.
 However, we will not be held liable should delivery times exceed this time for
circumstances which are out of our control.
Warranty and Liability
 You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your order.
We will refund the cost of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction.
