candidat dans le cadre de l’appel « Bourses FRIA 2014 », nous vous demandons de joindre à son
dossier une lettre de référence pour le 30/09/2014 au plus tard (aucune lettre ne sera prise en
considération au-delà de cette date).

Procédure : tout promoteur ou toute personne de référence sera invité(e) par un courriel du F.R.S.FNRS à charger sa lettre électroniquement sur la plateforme de gestion des appels à propositions
SEMAPHORE, accessible à l’adresse https://applications.frs-fnrs.be/. Les utilisateurs qui n’auraient
pas encore de compte se verront attribuer un compte par le F.R.S.-FNRS. Il est donc inutile de nous
transmettre cet avis par voie postale ou par courriel.

As the promoter or scientific scholar selected as a referee by an applicant, within the framework of
the call “Fellowships FRIA 2014”, you are asked to attach a reference letter to the applicant’s file by
30-09-2014 at the latest (reference letters sent after this date will not be take into consideration).

Procedure: An email from the F.R.S.-FNRS will invite every promoter or referee to upload the letter
via SEMAPHORE, the management platform dedicated to the calls for proposals, available at the
following address https://applications.frs-fnrs.be/. The F.R.S.-FNRS will assign an account to the users
who would still not have one. Therefore the report shouldn’t be sent by post mail or email.
