Welcome to the Clos de Lapras, 3km from centre of Annonay (scene of the first hot-air balloon flight, historic centre for aerostation and flying).
'Bastide' (country house) built in 1640 with fully fenced, leafy grounds (3 hectares) planted with hundred-year-old trees. Steeped in history, the
house contains 3 elegant and very comfortable guest room, each with full private facilities, flat screen TV and Internet connection.|In summer
breakfast is served on terrace or by heated swimming pool (with pool house) in attractive setting. Out of season and/or in bad weather guests
can use the multimedia centre (27 sq.m.) with books, music and home cinema. Ground floor: vaulted room with table tennis and table football.
