Thanks for participating in the Google Play Music

Thanks for participating in the Google Play Music (the “Offer”), which includes one 6-month Extended Trial of Google Play
Music.
1. The Offer is only open to Canadian residents who:
a. are customers of TELUS Communications Inc.;
b. have renewed or activated a wireless agreement between May 2, 2016 and June 30, 2016 with a device
that is new to their account; and
c. at the time the Offer is redeemed: (i) are not current Google Play Music subscribers; (ii) have not been
Google Play Music subscribers in the past 12 months; and/or (iii) have not participated in a Google Play
Music trial in the past 12 months.
2. The deadline to redeem this Offer is July 31, 2016.
3. To redeem the Offer you must:
a. have or set up a Google account;
b. for the Google Play Music Extended Trial, activate the trial of Google Play Music and subscribe to Google
Play Music through the Google Play Music app on your TELUS Android device or through the promotional
link in the SMS you receive from Telus; and
c. provide a valid form of payment when you set up the Google Play Music Account. The valid form of
payment will not be charged until the end of the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically
charged unless you cancel your subscription.
4. If you cancel the Google Play Music subscription during the trial period, you will not be charged, and you will lose
access to music subscription content that you accessed during the trial period (e.g. your audio history or any
playlists you have created) once the trial period ends. If you do not cancel the subscription during the trial period,
you will be charged a monthly subscription fee of $9.99/month for Google Play Music starting the day after the
trial period ends, and then each month, until you cancel your subscription. To cancel your Google Play Music
subscription, open the “Settings” menu in the Google Play Music app or on the web.
5. If you redeem the Google Play Music Extended Trial, then during the trial period you will receive subscription
access to Google Play Music. Google Play Music entitles subscribers to listen to unlimited music from the song
titles available within Google Play on a monthly basis.
6. Google Play Music subscription is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service

7. If you cancel your TELUS plan and move to another service provider during the trial, you will retain access to
Google Play Music subscription content for the remainder of the trial period. If you elected to use direct carrier
billing as your form of payment for the trial, you will need to update your payment method in your Google Play
Music or Google Play accounts to continue the service once the trial has ended. If you change your mobile
device or phone number during the trial, you can continue to access your Google Play Music or Google Play
accounts by logging into the Google Play Music or Google Play Store applications with your Google Account
information on your new device.
8. The Offer is not valid with any other offer and cannot be transferred to anyone.
9. The Offer may be canceled or temporarily suspended by the promoter if there is an event outside of its
reasonable control which prevents it from providing the Offer.

Réclamez l’offre Google Play Musique (l’« Offre »), soit l’essai prolongé de six mois de Google Play Musique.
1. L’Offre s’adresse uniquement aux résidents canadiens qui :
a. sont des clients de TELUS Communications Inc.;
b. ont renouvelé ou pris une entente de services mobiles, avec un nouvel appareil, du 2 mai au
30 juin 2016;
c. au moment où l’offre est réclamée, (i) ne sont pas abonnés à Google Play Musique; (ii) n’ont pas été
abonnés à Google Play Musique dans les 12 derniers mois; et (iii) n’ont pas fait l’essai de Google Play
Musique dans les 12 derniers mois.
2. La date limite pour réclamer l’Offre est le 31 juillet 2016.
3. Pour réclamer l’Offre, vous devez :
a. avoir un compte Google ou en créer un;
b. activer la version d’essai prolongé de Google Play Musique et vous abonner au service dans l’application
à partir de votre appareil Android de TELUS ou en cliquant sur le lien promotionnel de TELUS envoyé par
message texte;
c. fournir un mode de paiement valide en créant un compte Google Play Musique. Le service ne sera
facturé qu’à la fin de l’essai. Des frais vous seront par la suite facturés automatiquement sauf si vous
annulez votre abonnement.
4. Si vous annulez votre abonnement à Google Play Musique pendant l’essai, aucuns frais ne vous seront facturés.
Une fois l’essai terminé, vous n’aurez plus accès au contenu musical que vous pouviez écouter (p. ex. l’historique
des chansons écoutées et les listes de lecture créées). Des frais mensuels de 9,99 $ vous seront facturés pour
Google Play Musique le jour suivant la fin de l’essai, puis chaque mois, à moins que vous annuliez votre
abonnement. Pour ce faire, ouvrez le menu Paramètres dans l’application Google Play Musique ou sur le web.
5. En réclamant l’offre d’essai prolongé de Google Play Musique, vous aurez accès au service pendant la période
d’essai. Google Play Musique offre aux abonnés un accès illimité aux titres que propose Google Play chaque
mois.
6. L’abonnement à Google Play Musique est assujetti aux conditions d’utilisation de Google Play Musique à
https://play.google.com/about/play-terms.html.
7. Si vous annulez votre forfait TELUS et passez à un autre fournisseur pendant l’essai, vous aurez tout de même
accès au contenu de votre abonnement à Google Play Musique pour le reste de la période d’essai. Si vous avez
choisi la facturation directement au fournisseur comme mode de paiement pour l’essai, vous devrez modifier le
mode de paiement de vos comptes Google Play Musique et Google Play pour continuer à utiliser le service après
l’essai. Si vous changez d’appareil mobile ou de numéro de téléphone pendant l’essai, vous aurez encore accès
à vos comptes Google Play Musique et Google Play. Vous n’aurez qu’à ouvrir une session dans les applications
Google Play Musique et Google Play Store au moyen des identifiants de votre compte Google, à partir de votre
nouvel appareil.
8. L’Offre ne peut être jumelée à aucune autre offre et ne peut pas être transférée.
9. L’Offre peut être annulée ou temporairement suspendue par le promoteur en cas de circonstances indépendantes
de sa volonté qui pourrait l’empêcher de la proposer.
