Before you begin
Test Procedure
•Work space must be clean and free of drug residues.
•Preheat heater block to 45°C ±5°C (113°F ±9°F).
•Place SNAP device on heater block; leave on heater block for duration of test.
•Make sure conjugate pellet is at the bottom of the sample tube.
If not, tap tube gently to return pellet to the bottom.
•Agitate the milk sample thoroughly.

Prepare sample

Préparer l’échantillon
Avant de commencer
•L’espace de travail doit être propre, sans résidus de médicaments.
•Préchauffez le thermobloc à 45° C ± 5° C (113° F ± 9° F).
•Placez le dispositif SNAP sur le thermobloc; laissez-le sur le thermobloc
pendant le test.
•Assurez-vous que les granulés du conjugué se trouvent au fond du tube à
échantillon. Si non, tapotez doucement sur le tube pour que les granulés du
conjugué retournent au fond.
•Agitez bien l’échantillon de lait.
À l’aide d’une pipette,
aspirez du lait jusqu’à la
ligne d’indication (450
µL ± 50 µL).†
Ajoutez du lait dans le
tube à échantillon.

Secouez doucement le
tube d’un côté à l’autre
3 à 4 fois jusqu’à ce que
les granulés du réactif
soient dissous.
Note :
• Il est essentiel que le
temps et la température
d’incubation soient
exacts.
• N’utilisez pas un test
SNAP après sa date
d’expiration.
