Peter Hoffer est né à Brantford en Ontario en 1965. Il obtient une maîtrise en arts plastiques (MFA) de l’Université
Concordia de Montréal et est également diplômé de l’University of Guelph en Ontario et de l’Ontario College of Art
de Toronto. Il a vécu et travaillé à Toronto et New York, ainsi qu’à Montréal où il poursuit maintenant sa carrière.
