Contents This course has two main objectives: 1) Improving written and oral skills in French business communication in general and more specifically of French in an economic setting; 2) acquiring insights and knowledge of the different fields in business communication such as reputation management, crisis communication, business plan, human resources, negotiation strategies and CSR communication. Initial competences Advanced proficiency of French. Final competences Students acquire a thorough knowledge of some business communication topics and are capable to apply these in French in a business setting. Conditions for credit contract Access to this course unit via a credit contract is unrestricted: the student takes into consideration the conditions mentioned in 'Starting Competences' Conditions for exam contract This course unit cannot be taken via an exam contract Teaching methods Seminar Extra information on the teaching methods After a short theoretical introduction to each module, students work on case studies (in groups).
