PRESS RELEASE November 2012 MI-GSO (a subsidiary of ALTEN) makes a strategic acquisition in Germany st MI-GSO, subsidiary of ALTEN specialized in Project Management, announces the acquisition and integration as of October 1 of the Project Management Consulting branch of ACTANO GmbH (Munich-Germany). With this acquisition, MI-GSO GmbH joins the top 10 of German Engineering companies specialized in this sector. Strengthening the activity in Germany Through this acquisition MI-GSO strengthens significantly its position on the German market with almost 100 employees, 4 locations (Munich, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Wolfsburg) and projects at major German industry players (Airbus, Cassidian, BMW, Audi, Daimler, Volkswagen, Premium Aerotec…). “ It’s a major achievement out of our 3 years development plan to reach a leading position on the German market with 300 consultants by 2015 ” says Jean-Luc Soula, MI-GSO Chairman.
