Georges Gloukoviezoff is Doctor in Economics. He specialises in financial inclusion.

He was awarded for his PhD:
Prize 2008 of the National Association of Doctors in Economics in France.

He is a Board member of the National Observatory of Poverty and Social Exclusion in
France (since 2006).

He has intervened several time as an expert in financial inclusion (basic banking

of Basic Banking Account within the framework of the Steering group on
Financial Exclusion established by the Irish Ministry of Finance.

Research fellow at the Policy Institute (Trinity College Dublin) funded by the
Department of Social Protection (former Combat Poverty Agency) carrying out

overindebtedness in Ireland.
